Introducing My Newsletter on Learning and Leadership in Early Childhood!

Hello NABU Team and Friends, 

This newsletter is for leaders in non-profit, government or business interested in the intersection of human development, ed tech and leadership in early education, including the incredible team at NABU that is focused on solving the global literacy crisis.

My goal is to share insights from my journey at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE), to support you in reflecting on your own leadership and practice.  

My hope is that this newsletter will keep you informed and engaged with valuable knowledge, latest research from the field and reflections so that we can learn together. 

My goal is to give you a starting point to delve more into the topics you are interested in, and to give you a foundation in knowledge to explore these topics with me or with your colleagues so that we can create a safe space to improve our work.

What to Expect: 

1. Summarizing Facts and Resources: This will include concepts, research findings, and tools discovered and digested from my courses at Harvard that are relevant to our work at NABU and beyond. 

2. Personal Reflections and Leadership Learnings: These insights will highlight how what I learning is impacting my thinking, and I hope it will encourage you to share also with me or each other.  

3. Key Takeaways for NABU and Beyond: These actionable insights will help you drive your mission forward. While directly applied to NABU’s mission of global literacy, these ideas will be relevant for many fields of practice.
